Your Role:
As a Technical Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our German-speaking clients. Your mission goes beyond simple customer service; you will be a technical specialist ensuring safety and efficiency on the road.- Handle inbound inquiries regarding motor insurance policies, technical claims, and digital platform troubleshooting with precision and empathy.
- Analyze complex insurance scenarios to provide accurate solutions, ensuring all technical documentation meets industry standards and company protocols.
- Deliver high-quality support by simplifying technical insurance jargon for customers, ensuring they feel guided and supported during stressful situations.
- Collaborate with international teams to identify recurring technical issues, contributing to the continuous improvement of our service delivery and internal databases.
competências
Your skills:
- High-school diploma or higher.
- Native or near-native fluency in German (C1 minimum) and strong professional proficiency in English (B2 minimum).
- Comfortable navigating complex software and learning new technical insurance tools quickly.
- Enthusiastic about working in a hybrid system and commuting to our modern office in Matosinhos.
- A genuine drive to learn and advance your career within the insurance and automotive fields.
- Ability to thrive within a diverse, multicultural, and high-energy environment.

What you receive:
- Base salary: €1300-€1350 gross/month (depending on experience)
- Daily meal allowance: €12
- Life insurance
- Health insurance
- Schedules form 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday and on bank holidays.
- First month on site, with the possibility of a hybrid work at a later date
- Location: Porto, Portugal
