front office/administrative assistant - italian speaker (f/m/x).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update motor insurance policy data accurately in internal systems


• Process administrative requests, including contract updates, renewals, and cancellations


• Review and verify customer or broker information to support internal procedures


• Provide techincal support to the clients


• Handle incoming phone calls, emails and communicate effectively with clients

Your skills:

• Native or C2 level in Italian is required; proficiency in English or Portuguese is also necessary.


• Previous experience in administrative and back-office roles is highly preferred; experience in the insurance or automotive sectors is not mandatory.


• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.


• Comfortable working with digital tools and administrative processes.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a structured environment.


• Proactive, adaptable, and a strong team player with good communication skills.


• Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics is an advantage.

Benefits

• Temporary contract with an expected duration of 6 months (fixed-term contract) - with the possibility of extension


• Gross base salary of €1000 per month 


• Meal allowance of €12 per working day (paid via meal card).


• Full-time schedule: from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday and on bank holidays. 


• Weekends off.


• Work location: Porto, with the possibility of a hybrid working model.
