Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Advisor, you will contact potential costumers in a warm and professional manner, to present our client's services and its advantages, with the goal to acquire new clients.
proficient in french;
previous experience in a call center environment (preferred);
high school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree (a plus);
knowledge of technical troubleshooting methods (a bonus).
What do we have for you?
Monday to Saturday
08:00 – 19:00 (Rotational shifts)
Days Off - Sunday + 1 rotational day
