The Warehouse & Dispatch Coordinator will coordinate logistics, managing transportation providers, and overseeing export operations, ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements.
Should also ensure compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and international shipping regulations.
Proficient in ERP systems and knowledgeable as well as customs and trade compliance. 
Focused on cost optimization, operational efficiency, and delivering high-level service to both internal and external stakeholders.

2+ years experience in warehouse and logistics management, preferably in the fashion, retail, or luxury goods sector.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Experience with shipping and courier services, including international logistics and exporting.
Cost Control & Budgeting – Experience managing logistics budgets, analysing shipping costs, and implementing cost-saving strategies.
Works well under pressure, creating new ways of working to drive continual improvement.
Customer Service Orientation – Focused on delivering high service levels to internal teams and external clients through timely, accurate shipments.
Proficiency in warehouse management software and Google Workspace.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills with all stakeholders in the company.
