• Provide specialized and personalized technical support to customers, ensuring effective and timely problem resolution.


• Identify, diagnose, and solve technical issues related to telecommunications services.


• Manage customer relationships, ensuring maximum satisfaction.


• Integrate a culture of continuous improvement and participate in innovative training programs.

• Native or Advanced Fluency in German (Mandatory).


• Interest and/or previous experience in fiber optics, networks, and technical troubleshooting (valued).


• Strong affinity for technology, with good IT and systems knowledge.


• Excellent communication skills and customer orientation.


• Previous experience in customer support (prefered).

• Base Salary: €1,305 gross/month.


• Variable Compensation Package: Monthly bonuses up to €500 and attractive quarterly performance bonuses.


• Meal Allowance: €7.91/day.


• Transportation Allowance: €20/month.


• Health Insurance.


• Hybrid model of work: Three days at the office (after the initial 6 months, which are in-person).


• Schedule: 8 rotating hours daily, Monday to Saturday, between 7 am and 8:00 pm.


• Days Off: Sunday and one rotating day.


• Location: Lisbon or Porto
