Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized phone support, ensuring efficient issue resolution and an excellent customer experience.


• Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical issues related to telecommunications services.


• Manage client relationships with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.


• Engage in continuous learning and innovative training programs.

Requirements:

• Native or professional fluency in German (C1/C2 – Mandatory).


• Background or strong knowledge in optical fiber, networking, and technical troubleshooting (Mandatory).


• Previous experience in customer support or call center environments.


• High affinity for technology, with solid IT and system troubleshooting skills.


• Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation.


• Availability to work rotating shifts.

What We Offer:

• Base Salary: €1,305 gross/month.


• Variable Performance Bonus: Up to €500/month, plus attractive quarterly bonuses.


• Meal Allowance: €7.91/day.


• Transport Allowance: €20/month.

• Hybrid Work Model: 3 days/week working from home after an initial 6-month period of full-time office work.


• Schedule: 8 hours/day, rotating shifts Monday to Saturday (between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM).


• Days Off: Sunday + 1 rotating weekday.


• Location: Lisbon or Porto (Portugal).
