technical customer support in finnish (m/f/x).

What you'll do:

• Handle technical support requests via phone, email, chat, and social media;


• Assist with pre-sales questions, general inquiries, and troubleshooting;


• Provide clear and practical guidance within defined procedures;


• Escalate complex issues when needed and follow up with internal teams;


• Keep detailed case records and manage your ticket queue efficiently;


• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure each case is resolved effectively.

What We Are Looking For:

• Fluency in Finnish and good command of English;


• Previous experience in a call center is a plus;


• Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting knowledge;


• Great communication skills and customer-oriented mindset;


• High school diploma required; higher education is a bonus.

What we have to offer you?

• Base salary: 1500€/month


• Meal allowance: €7.23 per day worked


• Performance bonus: Up to €100/month


• Transport allowance: €20/month


• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (rotating shifts)


• Weekends off
