team leader - german speaker (m/f/x).

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of retention specialists for the German-speaking market, ensuring they achieve their targets and provide exceptional customer service (telecommunications area).

You will play a key role in guiding the team in building customer loyalty relationships and ensuring their retention and satisfaction.

What you must have:

• Fluent German (native or near native level/C2) and excellent English language skills (both written and spoken).


• At least 2 years of proven experience as a Team Leader in a call center environment.


• Previous experience in a telecom company is a plus.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills


• Proficient in MS Office


• Demonstrates resilience and innovative thinking


• High energy and enthusiasm to inspire others

What will you get:

• Base salary starting from €1,150 gross, negotiable up to a certain cap depending on experience.


• Monthly target bonus of up to €300 gross.


• German language allowance of €350 gross per month.


• English language allowance of €150 gross per month.


• Meal allowance of 10,20€ p/day worked.


• Rotative schedules: 7am - 4pm, 8am - 5pm, 9am - 6pm.


• Remote work, Monday to Friday (you must be living in Portugal, with a fixed work-from-home setup with excellent internet connection installed)
