...In this role, you will be responsible for executing and supporting a variety of operational and administrative supply chain tasks. This includes placing and following up on purchase orders with suppliers and contract manufacturers, managing inbound and outbound shipments, and coordinating logistics to ensure on-time deliveries. You will also track label orders, enter sales data, and maintain accurate inventory records and supplier databases. Your attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring all documentation, such as invoices, customs forms, and shipping documents, is accurate and up to date.
Beyond daily operations, you will assist in reconciling invoices, calculating landed costs per batch, and ensuring product data is correctly recorded (prep for ERP integrations). You'll play a key role in supporting cross-functional processes, especially when it comes to issue resolution, customs compliance, and inventory alignment. On the reporting side, you will help generate and maintain supply chain KPIs—such as supplier on-time performance (LT) and stock availability—and participate in identifying inefficiencies and documenting standard operating procedures. You’ll also support the implementation of automation tools that streamline repetitive processes and provide feedback to improve existing workflows.
Additionally, the role involves conducting market and supplier research to support strategic decision-making, analyzing data to identify cost-saving opportunities, and collaborating closely with internal teams. Ultimately, your contribution will be essential in ensuring that the supply chain runs efficiently and reliably, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement.
At least 1–2 years’ experience in a supply chain, procurement, or logistics-related role (relevant industry experience is a plus)
Strong analytical skills with an ability to manage and interpret data.
Strong ownership and bias for actions to deal with day-to-day challenges.
Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel (pivots, lookups, formulas); experience with ERP/WMS systems is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and able to deep dive to address root causes (long term vision).
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and manage competing priorities.
