- In this challenging role in the field of IT/technology, you will act as the interface between business and IT in the SaaS environment
- Tasks in the new personnel and resource planning tool (PPE)
- IT service management, accessing SaaS environments/applications, and the associated cost control issues (monitoring, budget planning)
- Implement service/operation management processes and ensure stable service operations
- Responsibility includes incident/release/change/environment and stakeholder management
- Holistic approach, you quickly recognize overall contexts and, thanks to your experience, can drive forward sustainable IT solutions
- Business-oriented cluster in the areas related to our post branches and self-service offerings, you will support and work on projects, initiatives, and services from requirements definition and implementation to operation
competências
- University/technical college degree in computer science or commercial or technical education
- Experience in the SaaS environment and are confident and professional in this field
- Goal-oriented, and conscientious approach to work, combined with quick comprehension
- Strong service mentality and set high standards for yourself
- Ability to communicate effectively with your peers and your positive and engaging manner, you are able to take on responsibility for multiple IT services in a complex landscape
- Very good English skills are required to ensure communication with the business and SaaS partners
