We are seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst who will report to the Director, Shared Services-Payroll, within our Finance Department. This is a supporting position of the payroll function in the EMEA region, responsible for day-to-day administration, partnering with the Payroll Analyst in EMEA and APAC for the pay cycle through completion of related tax and reporting requirements. As a member of the payroll team, this individual will partner with our Finance and Regional People Team, effecting change and completing special projects aligned with company-wide goals and objectives.

Responsibilities: 

Expertise with completion and analysis of EMEA payroll, benefits, and tax procedures. Partnering with the Senior Payroll Analyst and Regional People Team, ensure the processing of new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations is completed accurately, timely, and in compliance with best practices. 

Coordinate with Local Service Providers and regional staff regarding payroll data 

Assist in ensuring commission and bonus entries are accurately recorded 

Calculate and record additional statutory payments on time 

Assist with the year-end processing and distribution of tax statements in a timely and accurate manner for each country 

Partnering with Senior Payroll Analyst to recommend and participate in department projects to continually review and improve current processes. 

We are looking for someone with experience in payroll processes and a strong desire to develop new skills and grow with the team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Microsoft Excel and report writing tools. 

Requires the ability to handle discretionary and confidential information. 

Knowledge of global payrolls is a plus.
