In partnership with a leading national group, we are recruiting for the position of Senior Investment Analyst.
...Investment Lifecycle: Involvement in all aspects of the investment process, from initial screening and due diligence to transaction execution and designing potential exit strategies.
Portfolio Support: Supporting strategic projects in relation to the current portfolio.
Financial Modeling: Building and maintaining complex operational and financial models to support investment decisions, notably including detailed valuation analysis (DCF, LBO, Multiples), as well as sensitivity and scenario analysis.
Reporting: Preparing investment decision memorandums and presentations for senior leadership.
Market Intelligence: Conducting industry research and analysis to identify and assess investment opportunities.
Due Diligence: Providing support in the execution of due diligence processes.
Systems Management: Maintaining, updating, and improving internal and external platforms and databases.

2-3 years’ experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Consulting, or similar.
Previous experience in M&A processes is highly valuable.
Master’s degree in Finance, Management, or a related field (candidates from other backgrounds will be considered assuming relevant recent experience).
Solid experience in building complex financial and valuation models.
Sound understanding of corporate finance and valuation concepts.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, managing several different projects with a proactive mindset.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with different stakeholders.
Strong ability to research and analyse industry trends, market data, and financial information.
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Bloomberg, FactSet, and other relevant tools and platforms.
Strong ability to synthesize information and prepare concise presentations for senior leadership.
Working and social proficiency in two of three languages: English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
