University/technical college degree in computer science or comparable
At least 5–10 years of relevant experience
Strong experience as a Fullstack Developer, with passion for both frontend and backend development
Solid hands-on experience with: Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Angular, Relational and NoSQL databases, Distributed systems (e.g., caching, messaging with Kafka), Containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Proven experience working with AWS in production environments, including: Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, AWS CDK, GitOps, ArgoCD, Obserability tools (OpenTelemetry, AWS X-Ray, CloudWatch, CloudTrail)
Strong understanding of: CI/CD pipelines and automation, Monitoring, logging, and system reliability
A mindset focused on ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies, especially AI in software development
English oral and written
