senior facilities manager (m/f/x).

• Oversee day-to-day operations of company facilities, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards


• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance for critical infrastructure (UPS, generators, PACUS)


• Lead supplier relationships, negotiate service contracts, and ensure cost-effective performance


• Manage Facility Management budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation


• Coordinate cross-site initiatives and collaborate with regional teams


• Maintain reports and documentation related to inspections, incidents, and audits


• Ensure regulatory compliance and implement improvements in EHS and operational efficiency


• Support physical security measures, access control, and emergency readiness
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management or a related field


• Proven experience in building maintenance and project execution


• Strong budget and cost-control orientation


• English level B2 or higher


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft applications


• Excellent organizational and detail-management skills

• Salary above average;


• Monthly meal allowence;


• Schedule: Monday to Friday 
  9h00 to 18h00


• 22 vacation days per annum;
