Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation programmes, from strategy and design through deployment and hypercare;
Manage project teams, ensuring high-quality delivery, budget control and timeline adherence;
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle;
Lead workshops to define HR operating models, business requirements and future-state processes;
Drive solution design across the SAP SuccessFactors suite, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices;
Oversee integration, testing, data migration, change management and deployment activities;
Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and governance forums;
Coach and develop consultants and senior consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment;
Support business development activities, including proposal preparation, client presentations and market initiatives;
Contribute to the development of Company methodologies, assets and thought leadership in the SAP HCM and HR Transformation space.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering or related field;
Between 6 and 10 years of professional experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting and implementation projects;
Proven experience managing or leading SAP SuccessFactors implementations within a consulting environment;
Strong functional knowledge across the SuccessFactors suite, including: Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession & Development, Learning Management System (LMS), Employee Central Payroll (knowledge valued), Workforce Analytics and Reporting;
Experience designing and implementing HR transformation programmes;
Strong understanding of HR processes and operating models;
Experience managing project teams, stakeholders and project governance activities;
Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery frameworks;
Experience working with integrations, data migration and organisational change management activities;
Full English proficiency.
