The opportunity
EY is currently enlarging its Technology Consulting team with a motivated and experienced professional with experience in SAP SuccessFactors. As Senior Consultant, you will contribute to SAP related engagements, helping our clients transform their business & maximize their performance. In this position, you will provide a range of services with focus in SAP implementation projects & methodologies. Your activities would consist out of a combination of advising and analyzing, but also guiding implementations and configuration. You will assist customers by implementing solutions focused on a more strategic approach towards HR, based on the latest SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

To qualify for the role, you must have
Academic degree in Human Resource Management, Information Technology, Business Administration or other related field of study;
Between 2 to 6 years of professional experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting, PMGM and/or LMS, mainly in a consulting environment;
SAP SuccessFactors for Employee Central Payroll and PMGM certification;
A strong interest in technology and its use in business processes;
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
