Randstad is recruiting a SAP Business Analyst for direct integration into a client in the Lisbon area.
...Your mission is to support this cross-functional team and to support the technical and functional roll-out of new tools to support the Business Customs teams. As a focal point,
your activity will require liaising with different stakeholders through an internal network of existing Customs Experts.
● You will act as the Application owner of the customs solutions in charge of design / concept and maintenance. You will need to work in strong collaboration with a team of IT experts and developers for customs and foreign trade solutions;
● You will contribute to evolve our strategy and to design our processes and solutions as part of our Transformation Team way of working in multi-functional teams. (Process Owner // IT Owner // Business // other Experts);
● Enable new ways of working and collaboration with the business and design the customs concepts and processes;
● Support Customs classification of Airbus engineering systems and tools;
● We intend to embark on the latest technologies like SAP GTS and several other technologies to complement our transactional SAP backbones (mixed solutions from standalone SAP GTS and third-party solutions).
A recognized Bachelor or Master degree related to IT, Data Science, Engineering, Business management;
At least 3-5 years experience;
Experience as an internal or external IT consultant in SAP projects with a focus on SAP (SD/MM,GTS), in combination with customs and foreign trade issues;
IT project lifecycle experiences - gathering requirements, design and evaluate technical solutions, building technical ABAP solutions including test and deployment responsibilities;
Experience in Customs classification is a plus;
Experience of analysis and evaluation of national and inter-company cross-border business relationships;
Proven ability to cooperate with people, preferably across geographies, even without formal reporting lines (e.g. virtual team),capable of both teamwork and working independently, working with integrity and ethics;
Awareness and sensitivity to other cultures and ability to effectively work with colleagues in other countries and regions. This ideally includes international and multicultural working and living experience;
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to rapidly establish credibility and trust among a broad range of individuals within the company and through virtual means of communication;
Outstanding conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills, coupled with a high energy level;
Creativity, innovation and sense of anticipation are key skills for this position, Critical thinking;
Self learner, i.e. being self aware of strengths and weaknesses, being open and receptive to feedback and taking the steps to improve, as necessary;
Good English is mandatory as our everyday practice, French/Spanish/German are a plus.
