4+ years of experience with Salesforce development using Apex, SOQL, and SOSL;
- Strong experience with Service Cloud features (Cases, Knowledge, Entitlements, Omni-Channel);
- Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components;
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Custom Objects);
- Experience with test-driven development and Apex unit testing frameworks;
- Experience with Salesforce deployment tools (Change Sets, SFDX, or similar);
- Knowledge of integration patterns and REST/SOAP APIs - Experience with version control systems (Git preferred);
- Understanding of Salesforce security model and best practices;
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Platform Developer II is a plus);
- Experience with Service Cloud Einstein features (plus, not mandatory);
- Experience with Lightning Platform and Community Cloud (plus, not mandatory);
- Knowledge of .NET Core/.NET Framework for integration scenarios (plus, not mandatory);
- Experience with OutSystems low-code development platform (plus, not mandatory);
- Ability to multi-task and work on multiple Service Cloud implementations with quickly changing priorities;
- Good understanding of software development lifecycles based on AGILE methodologies;
- Strong analytical skills and desire to write clean, scalable, and maintainable Apex code
- High quality verbal and written communication skills with ability to interact with business users;
- Sense of ownership, urgency and pride in delivering exceptional Service Cloud solutions;
- Customer-focused mindset with understanding of service management best practices.
