Prospect, approach, and acquire new B2B clients within the local market (Restaurants, Cafés, Hotels, Bars, Retail stores, Beauty salons, Gyms, and other local businesses).
Present their technology solutions, demonstrating their value and benefits to business owners and managers.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from cold-canvassing and initial contact to closing partnerships and onboarding new clients.
Maintain strong, professional relationships with partners to ensure long-term satisfaction.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or B2B business development (experience selling to the HoReCa or retail sector is a strong plus).
Language Skills: Fluent English and Portuguese (mandatory).
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
High energy, self-motivated, and comfortable working autonomously in the field.
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering results.
Valid driver’s license (mandatory).

Competitive Base Salary: €1,200 – €1,600 gross/month (negotiable depending on experience).
Attractive Commission Structure, with annual bonus potential of up to €5,000 based on acquired clients.
