• Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job openings to selecting the ideal candidate.


• Identify and attract qualified talent using multiple recruitment channels.


• Screen CVs and conduct interviews to assess technical and soft skills.


• Work with internal teams to understand hiring needs and ensure the best candidate-company match.


• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.


• Monitor and update recruitment process data in company systems.

• Native or Advanced Level of Portuguese


• Advanced level of English (C1).


• Previous experience in the recruitment sector (preferred).


• Excellent communication and active listening skills


• Organizational skills and time management


• Ability to evaluate and analyze

What do we offer?

• Base salary: 1400€month (depending on experience);


• Meal allowance of 7,23€;


• Health insurance


• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm


• 6-month employment contract (renewable)
