At Randstad we are looking to find a resourceful, creative, and proactive Real Estate Agent to be part of Mimp´s team in Madeira.
...Conduct bespoke property searches to find client’s ideal land plot or existing property.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, property showings, and ongoing communication throughout the process.
Effectively present the features, benefits, and value propositions of the company's real estate offer to potential clients.
Completing the research of real estate for the clients, advise clients regarding building rights and financing
Guide clients through the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
Work closely with the development, legal, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of deals and client satisfaction.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status and market feedback to management.
Participate in strategic planning sessions related to market positioning and future development projects.
Real Estate Agent License.
Highly experienced agents as well as emerging talent with high potential.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English.
To be Madeira based.

Genuine desire to learn, adapt, and grow with a young, ambitious company.
