• evaluate the quality of a multilingual call-center operation (calls, time to solve, client satisfaction)


• create reports and perform calibration sessions with the team


• report when needed to other managers and brainstorm with other evaluators


• keep up to date with dynamic guidelines and procedures

• fluency in at least TWO of the following languages:

• passion for the quality evaluation field;


• demonstrate a passion for customer service, experience and determination to provide a complete report;
