Seeking a skilled Python Developer with strong data analysis and Azure integration experience.
The role involves extending and maintaining codebases, solving open-ended technical problems, and
integrating with Dynamics 365 CRM.
Work is managed through Azure DevOps using Git for version control.

- Develop, optimise, and maintain Python-based data and integration solutions.
Analyse datasets to support business and technical decision-making.
Integrate with Dynamics 365 CRM (portal data and API usage).
Design and manage workloads across Azure services (Function Apps, Key Vault, Blob
Storage, Service Bus, VMs).
Apply and manage Azure identity and authentication methods.
Ensure solutions progress smoothly through development, UAT, and production stages.
Write and maintain performant concurrent or threaded Python code.
Manage tasks and source control within Azure DevOps.
Use VS Code IDE and Postman (or equivalent) for development and testing.
Use AI tools where appropriate to aid development, without dependence on them.
Although you’ll be part of a small team with mixed skillsets, you will be the only dedicated
developer—expected to work autonomously, but with access to senior developer support from
the wider company if needed.

- Strong Python and SQL skills.
Experience with Azure infrastructure and authentication management.
Proven knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM.
Confident working across full environment lifecycles (Dev/UAT/Prod).
Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
