Main tasks:
● Review of Purchase Requests (PRs);
● Purchase Order (PO) creation / update and follow up of POs;
● Operational Sourcing;
● Service Desk activities (provide support to internal stakeholders);
● Maintenance of info records (e.g. catalogues);
● Communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders (internal customers,buyers);
● Use of Airbus ERP Systems (SAP);
● Use of other specific tools (Coupa);
Experience in Supply Chain and/or Procurement is a plus;
Communication skills;
Be customer focused, understand priorities = knows how to prioritize in case of emergencies;
Eager to learn to work with new tools / be open to change and to continuous improvement;
Fluent in English;
French, Spanish or German would be a plus;
Enjoy a dynamic and multicultural environment with a lot of different tools and variety of products and services;
Shows a lot of reliability rigor and concentration at work;
