We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to integrate our team in the IT banking sector. The successful Contractor will be responsible for managing the transition of IT operations to a nearshoring location, ensuring a seamless and efficient transfer of processes and systems. This role will require strong project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the planning and execution of several projects in coorednation with the global consulting team.
2. Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement a comprehensive transition plan, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
3. Oversee the identification and mitigation of potential challenges and obstacles during the transition process, proactively finding solutions to ensure a smooth transfer of operations.
4. Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure all technical and operational requirements are met during the transition, including infrastructure setup, data migration, and system integration.
5. Provide regular progress updates to senior management and stakeholders, addressing any concerns and adjusting the transition plan as necessary.
6. Develop and implement a robust communication strategy to keep all relevant parties informed throughout the transition process.

if you have:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA is a plus.

Advanced level of English
