post-sales customer service representative - spanish (m/f/x).

Your Mission:

• Respond to customer support requests via phone, email, chat, or digital platforms


• Assist with technical inquiries related to tech products (hardware, software, apps, etc.)


• Provide empathetic, solution-oriented customer service


• Explain warranty terms, timeframes, and conditions


• Manage returns, exchanges, and refund requests


• Coordinate with the logistics team for product pickup/shipping


• Stay updated on product features, updates, and troubleshooting solutions

Your Profile:

• Completed secondary education (12th grade or equivalent)


• Previous experience in customer support or similar roles (preferred)


• Fluent in Spanish (native or C1 level) and English (C1)


• Strong computer literacy and digital communication skills


• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities


• Team player with a proactive attitude

What We Offer:

• Base salary: €1,021.00/month


• Meal allowance: €7.23/day


• Performance bonus: Up to €250/month


• Work schedule: 8-hour rotating shifts, Monday to Saturday (between 8 AM and 7 PM)


• Days off: Sunday + 1 rotating day off


• Location: Braga (very close to the train station)
