Position Summary:
A vacancy for a PMO to support PIA Executive Management has arisen within Airbus
(Commercial Aircraft). You will join the PIA team in Procurement Operations
Aerostructures (PIA) in the context of supporting the Executive Assistant of the PIA
commodity, acting as a governance body and operational support unit that coordinates
procurement activities across projects and departments, and value optimization.
You will be working within the PIA community, with a key interaction with PS, PIM, VSM,
Programmes and other key stakeholders for all commercial programmes (A320, A330,
A350, A220) and also the A400M.
Gaining an overall view of the Procurement Operations Aerostructures supply chain
structure and its challenges you will support PIA on operational urges mainly with
communication and alignment between involved stakeholders.
Essential Functions: In your role, you will be responsible to:
Procurement Aerostructure Oversight & Governance: Supporting PIA
Governance, meetings/Steercos organization and preparation. Record, activate and
monitor the different action plan for PIA internal governance.
Project Alignment & Integration: Align and harmonize PIA projects in order to gain
agility and efficiency. To coordinate cross-functional collaboration to meet the objectives
at PIA level. Example of projects: JIP at supplier, Recovery Plan (ZeroM), Quality
Prevention Plans, NCs eradication, Ramp up.
Data & Performance Management: Collects, validates, and analyzes procurement
data across projects and suppliers. Tracks key procurement metrics, supplier
performance (deliveries, quality, costs).
Executive Reporting: Produces high-level dashboards and executive reports
summarizing procurement performance, risk exposure, providing actionable insights
to senior leadership for decision-making and strategic planning. To ensure reports
are tailored to executive needs with relevant KPIs, trends, and visualizations.
Continuous Improvement & Risk Management: Identifies inefficiencies,
bottlenecks, and risks at PIA level (governance, processes, reports…).Recommends
improvements based on data trends and best practices. Supports the outputs of
audits and risk assessments related to supplier’s status.
