Maternity Cover - 6 months

Responsibilities:
Expertise with completion and analysis of payroll, benefits, and tax procedures
Partnering with Sr. Payroll Analyst and Regional People Team, ensure the processing of new hires, transfers, promotions and terminations is completed accurately, timely and in compliance with best practices.
Coordinate with Local Service Providers and regional staff regarding payroll data
Assist commissions and bonuses entries are accurately recorded
Calculate and record additional statutory payments in a timely manner
Assisting with the year-end processing and distribution of tax statements are handled timely and accurately for each country
Partnering with Payroll Analyst to recommend and participate in department projects to continually review and improve current processes.

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in payroll processes, with an emphasis on America’s payroll
Strong customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Microsoft Excel and report writing tools. 
Requires the ability to handle discretionary and confidential information.
Knowledge of global payrolls is a plus.
