As the Professional Operations Controller to the Global Professional Services team, this role will focus on helping a critical value driver of the company to make sound data-driven decisions by contributing towards revenue forecasting metrics, reporting mechanisms, operational activities, and ensuring rules of compliance and processes that will effectively scale with OutSystems continued growth. This role will be responsible for ensuring day-to-day operational activities supported by our PSA, project creation, timesheet controlling, project execution,  cost control, and all necessary and relevant on-demand analysis that will support our business.

Reporting to the Senior Controller of Professional Services Operations in Lisbon, the Professional Operations Controller should be comfortable in a fast-paced and changing environment and support one of the key growth engines of the company. 

Your role:

Work collaboratively with the Services Delivery Managers and GEO RVP to setup, control and oversee project execution;
Conducts exhaustive forecasting both from pipeline and backlog projects;
Guarantee and support on projects and training operational execution/closing based on timesheets and training deliverables
Sort and distribute incoming ticketing;
Closely collaborate with Finance teams, and Deal Desk to review and improve measurements of the business; 
Maintain compliance with corporate policies, procedures and controls, and external regulatory requirements, IFRS as a plus, P&L knowledge
