...Role Overview
This role supports operational excellence within a shared services environment in the energy sector, focused on managing learning and development activities for employees across the countries where the company operates. It involves stakeholder management, process optimization and efficiency initiatives to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery at a global level.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate operational activities related to learning and development services, ensuring alignment across countries, teams and business priorities.
Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication, expectation management and effective collaboration with internal clients and partners.
Identify process improvement opportunities, driving efficiency, simplification and operational optimization within shared services.
Support the design, implementation and monitoring of continuous improvement initiatives related to learning operations.
Analyse operational performance, identify bottlenecks and propose actionable solutions.
Ensure processes are well documented, standardized and understood across different geographies.
Facilitate alignment meetings, follow-ups and governance routines with global stakeholders.
Contribute to projects focused on operational excellence, transformation and performance improvement within learning services.
Additional Learning-Specific Responsibilities
Support the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accurate course setup, enrolments, content management and reporting.
Monitor learning participation, completion rates, compliance training tracking and user experience metrics.
Support training catalogue management, learning logistics and coordination with internal teams and external training providers.
Ensure implementation of the global learning policies, guidelines and compliance requirements are reflected in operational practices.
Analyse dashboards, reports and presentations to support learning governance and decision-making.
Profile & Skills
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with focus on efficiency and optimization.
Experience in operations, shared services, learning administration and/ or process improvement initiatives.
Ability to work cross-functionally in an international environment.
Proactive, solution-oriented and continuous improvement driven.
Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
Work arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely. The days in the office and remote work vary and are defined by the EDP client. The arrangement may be changed at any time by EDP's decision.
