YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN THE RISK MANAGEMENT TEAM
Global Security framework / Tranversal activities
Promote the identification of risks in the scope of Global Security and ensure the follow up and development of any preventive / corrective action;
Participate in the creation and development of the normative documents and guidelines related with its areas of responsibility, and control their enforcement;
Ensure the development and implementation of an adequate training and awareness plan for the staff;
Develop and contribute to supporting the development of an advanced security and risk culture;
Develop the existing reporting framework and contribute to the organisational committees related to its perimeter of intervention.
Specific to Business Continuity & Crisis Management
Assumes the role of Alternate Business Continuity Officer and Alternate Crisis Officer.
Advice, support and contribute to the implementation of the business continuity framework in Cardif Support;
Contribute to the set-up and maintenance of a business continuity strategy based on the activities’ impact assessment;
Contribute to the performance of the necessary formalization, follow-up and reporting of the business continuity framework according to Group requirements;
Contribute to regularly testing the strategies and performing the relevant continuity exercises.
Specific to Physical Security
Ensure the physical security framework is aligned with the guidelines and existing risks;
Advice, support and challenge the implementation of the people & premises security requirements
AS OUR NEW OPERATIONAL RESILIENCE OFFICER, YOU MUST HAVE:
Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, Audit or in any other related fields
Previous working experience in a position related to Internal Control and Risk Management;
Fluency in English – Portuguese at least B2
Between 1 and 3 years of experience;
Very good analytical and organization skills, attention to detail;
Respect the procedures, methodologies and directives;
High sense of confidentiality;
Very good written and oral communication skills;
Good listening and questioning ability, good learning skills;
Ability to plan work ahead and to prioritize workload;
Ability and willing to work in a multi-cultural environment;
Curious and willing to work on different tasks;
High adaptability & flexibility.
