Oversee volume and cost analysis of infrastructure operations services delivered to clients.
- Cost Benchmarking & Optimization:
Develop a comprehensive O&M budget view using financial data, site-specific insights, and process-related information.
- Conduct cost benchmarking between local markets, analyzing detailed metrics such as cost per site, asset, and operational function.;
- Identify and implement cost reduction strategies and operational efficiency improvements based on benchmarking insights;
- Vendor Strategy & Financial Alignment:
Support the strategic planning and selection of new O&M vendors by providing budget and cost-related insights.
Ensure cost-effective vendor engagement and procurement strategies.
- Reporting & Business Case Development:
- Develop and deliver budget-related reports for governance meetings involving local markets and vendors. Contribute to business cases for infrastructure operations investments and cost-related initiatives across VT's footprint
Lead and collaborate on global projects, ensuring alignment between central departments and local markets.
