5-10 years of professional experience, including experience in a technical leadership role
Strong background as a Fullstack Developer, with deep expertise in both backend and frontend technologies
Proven experience leading or mentoring engineers within agile, DevOps teams
Solid hands-on experience with: Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Angular, Relational and NoSQL databases; Distributed systems (e.g., Kafka, caching, object storage); Containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Strong experience working with AWS in production environments, including: Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, AWS CDK, GitOps, ArgoCD, Observability tools (Open Telemetry, AWS X-Ray, CloudWatch, CloudTrail)
Deep understanding of: System design and architecture, CI/CD pipelines and automation, Monitoring, logging, and system reliability
Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on team development and collaboration
