● Develop and keep the integrated project schedule up to date. 
● Work with project teams, Value Stream Leads, suppliers and contractors to collect and validate progress. 
● Monitor critical paths, key milestones, deviations and forecast dates. 
● Assess the schedule impact of changes and support what-if scenarios when needed. 
● Provide schedule information for weekly and monthly Project Controls reporting. 
● Support planning sessions, schedule reviews and 4-week look-ahead discussions. 
● Integrate supplier, procurement and contractor activities and lead times. 
● Keep the schedule healthy by reviewing logic, milestones, constraints and overall schedule quality. 
● Support progress measurement and Earned Value analysis when required. 

2 to 5 years of experience, with some hands-on involvement in project planning and scheduling. 
Comfortable working with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project. 
Engineering background and good English communication skills. Portuguese is a plus. 
Experience with CAPEX, Engineering or Construction projects, ideally in an industrial or pharmaceutical 
environment. 
Comfortable working with different project teams, suppliers and contractors. 
Good understanding of CPM, critical path and near-critical path analysis. 
Experience with schedule baselines, progress updates, forecasting and variance analysis. 
Comfortable working with WBS, milestones, dependencies and schedule logic. 
Familiar with schedule quality checks and good practices, including DCMA checks. 
Able to bring together Engineering, Procurement, supplier and contractor schedules into an integrated 
project schedule. 
Good Microsoft Office skills for analysis and reporting. 
Experience with collaborative planning, look-ahead planning or Earned Value is a plus.
