Check onboard bookkeeping entries of Hotel Managers:

• Controlling correctness of entry and attachment data;


• Checking and entering VAT data (cooperation with the Tax Accounting);


• Checking/entering additional bookkeeping information;

Controlling reasonability of Consumables and Durables counts:

• Investigating item level issues in counts on the inventory lists, instructing Hotel Managers regarding corrections;


• Controlling reasonability of Consumables and Durables counts;


• Providing support to Hotel Managers during working hours in the above areas of competence (using MS Teams, email, phone).

• Education: prior knowledge of accounting is an advantage but not mandatory;


• Experience in administrative roles: minimum of 2 years;


• English: C1 level;


• Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools;


• Strong organizational and planning skills, methodical, and attention to detail;


• Humility, willingness to learn, ability to work well in a team, and good communication skills;


• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 and Power BI software is an advantage.

• Direct employment contract with the client;


• 1 day of remote work per week (only after completing the 30-day probationary period);
