We’re looking for a Junior Customer Solutions Expert to join a fast-growing and dynamic team. This is your chance to work on an exciting project with real impact — in a hybrid model, based in Lisbon.

Your Mission:
Provide technical support to customers in Portuguese and English
Ensure customer satisfaction is always the top priority
Inform customers about products and services and their advantages
Work collaboratively with the team and share knowledge

What We’re Looking For:

12th grade diploma or equivalent
Experience in a customer relationship role (preferred)
Fluency in Portuguese and English (native or near-native – C1+)
Strong computer skills
Great communication and argumentation abilities
Team spirit and adaptability
Lisbon-based and available for a hybrid schedule (office/home)

What We Offer:

Base salary: €1,126 gross/month
Meal allowance: €10.20 net/day
Performance bonus: up to 13% of annual salary (paid in full once)
Shift allowance: 15% of monthly salary
FlexBen Bonus: €130/month for tech, training, healthcare, childcare, etc.

8-hour rotating shifts with two days off per week (Mon–Sun, including possible night shifts)
Schedules:
Weekdays

8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (night shift)

Weekends

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
12:00 AM – 8:00 AM (night shift)
