The IT/OT Manageris responsible for the design, implementation, and manage the company’s IT/OT strategy and budget, ensuring full alignment with business objectives. Drive the secure and efficient integration of corporate IT systems with operational technologies across renewable energy facilities, ensuring system reliability, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.
- Contribute to the definition, implementation, and management of the IT/OT strategy and corresponding budget, ensuring it aligns with evolving business needs and longu0002term strategic goals.
- Coordinate IT-related activities across departments, effectively prioritizing and balancing multiple programs and projects.
- Ensure secure, reliable, and efficient IT/OT integration across all renewable energy sites, enabling seamless communication between field devices, SCADA systems, and the dispatch center.
- Support dispatch center operations by ensuring real-time data availability, system diagnostics, and event analysis to promote operational efficiency and grid code compliance.
- Maintain and secure communication infrastructure between remote assets and control centers, including VPNs, firewalls, 4G/5G modems, and satellite links.
- Support the implementation of cybersecurity and regulatory frameworks (e.g., NIS2), including:
o Asset inventory and system classification for field-level and central systems;
o Risk assessments and mitigation planning;
o Deployment of tailored security controls and monitoring tools for critical infrastructure;
o Assistance in incident detection, response, and regulatory reporting.
- Oversee IT strategic sourcing and procurement, and support OT procurement processes.
- Manage external vendors and subcontractors to ensure high-quality helpdesk and support services.
- Support internal and external audits, as well as inspections by shareholders and regulatory authorities
