responsabilidades chave
As a B2B Support Agent, you will be responsible for:
Providing prompt and effective support to Italian-speaking Sales and Advertisers solely through chat channels.
Assisting users with inquiries related to ByteDance Advertising Products & Platforms.
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently.
Escalating complex problems to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
Maintaining accurate records of all interactions and solutions.competências
Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is essential.
Proven experience in a B2B support environment.
Demonstrable experience handling customer inquiries via chat.
Experience with ticketing systems is a significant plus.
Excellent written communication skills with a strong ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.principais benefícios

- Base Salary: €1000
Meal Allowance: €7.23 per working day
Work Schedule: 24/7 rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday.
Days Off: 2 rotative days off per week.
