Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound telephone inquiries from insurance clients.
- Manage and update information regarding policies, claims, and customer requests in accordance with industry procedures.
- Deliver empathetic, clear, and efficient customer service.

Requirements & Skills:
- Languages: Native Spanish speaker + Fluent English (minimum B2 level, mandatory).
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail, strong organization, accuracy, and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
- Previous experience in Call Centers or the Insurance sector is highly valued.

What We Offer (Benefits)
Attractive Compensation Package:
- Base Salary: €1,000 / month
- Performance Bonus: up to €150 / month
- Meal Allowance: €8.76 / day
- Schedule: Rotating shifts between 8:30 am and 7 pm
- Days Off: Fixed weekends off
- Work Location: On-site - Algés, Portugal
- Start date: October 12th
