Randstad is actively seeking a driven and experienced Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Consultant. We're looking for someone with deep expertise in Oracle Hyperion Planning and a solid grasp of public sector budgeting, specifically within state financial planning.
In this role, you'll be key to:
Leading requirement analysis and design efforts for EPM projects.
Building and implementing budget data models and comprehensive reporting solutions.
Collaborating closely with diverse teams and key stakeholders to ensure project success.
Driving the execution of project requirements from initial concept to completion.
Developing use cases and acceptance criteria, while providing critical support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Creating essential technical documentation, user manuals, and effective training materials.
Conducting engaging presentations and workshops to empower end-users and stakeholders with system knowledge.
Assisting with project management to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
A strong understanding of relevant state planning regulations and sustainability practices would be a significant advantage.
Extensive experience with Hyperion Planning 11 and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
A minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience.
Availability for occasional travel as required.
Must be a resident of Portugal.
Advanced English language proficiency (C1 preferred).
