Responsibilities - your mission
Main Team Leader activities
Support recruiting of the reward operations team in the GBS (for Germany market)
Maintain close contact with the HR Manager to align strategy, support and assist the team on management dimensions.
Responsible for the team´s operational performance.
Propose and implement process harmonization and standardization between the different legal entities and promote an end to end approach.
Prepare reporting:
KPIs to internal manager, customers and stakeholders to display process performance
Propose mitigation actions with internal manager, customer and other stakeholders
Propose and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
Act as the first point of contact of the mission to share any issues / capacity / escalation / support / improvement ideas between teams.
Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.
Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
Conducting quarterly performance reviews.
Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.
Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.
Main Operational activities
You will be supporting the Reward Operations department. You will be responsible to:
Perform activities in SAP related with the Germany scope, such as Reference Letters, Time Management and A1 Certificate.
Record employee data into SAP or Workday /manage, assist employees with doubts or inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of documentation and transactions.
Ensure the archiving of administrative documents through various e-filing, Google Drive and Workday processes.
Monitor RPA performance for existing applications.
