Responsible for finance, accounting, reporting, and controlling in the group companies;
Responsible for coordinating the financial team (accountants and farm assistants);
Production of financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for each of the operational companies;
Elaborate budget and follow up closely with the general manager;
Responsible for cash flow management and payments;
Report directly to the Board.

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Finance, Accounting or similar;
Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar functions;
Experience in big 4 companies and audit functions;
English Advanced;
Detail oriented and organized with strong problem-solving skills;
Knowledgeable in Microsoft office;
Multitasker and easily adapting to new situations;
Communicative and Assertive;
Able to deal with deadlines;
Ability to travel nationally.
