Your responsibilities will include:

• Create and update product labels and visual assets for our e-commerce website;


• Execute a wide variety of digital and print assets:
  o Email and website banners (6+ languages)
  o Blog article visuals (25+ per month)
  o Amazon A+ product images
  o Facebook/Instagram ad creatives (static & video formats)
  o Business cards, flyers, affiliate banners, and more


• Translate briefs into polished visuals that adhere to brand guidelines;


• Collaborate with the Artistic Director to apply and evolve our new visual identity;


• Receive and implement feedback quickly and constructively;


• Maintain organized files and version control across multiple formats, languages, and platforms;


• Proactively explore and integrate AI tools into your design workflow to improve speed, scale, and creativity.

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (agency, brand, or freelance) ;


• You’re highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)


• You’re already exploring AI design tools (e.g. Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, Canva AI) and are eager to integrate them meaningfully into your workflow


• You’ve worked on multichannel brand assets and are comfortable executing across web, CRM, packaging, and advertising


• You speak English fluently; Portuguese or French is a plus;

• Through previous experience you have demonstrated: 


• End-to-end ownership over the execution of branded design assets across digital and print channels;


• Ability to deliver high-quality creative work at scale, balancing brand guidelines with fast production timelines;


• Comfort working in multi-stakeholder environments, incorporating feedback from marketing, product, and external creative direction;


• Adaptability to different formats, platforms, and audiences—from technical packaging files to social media visuals;


• A proactive mindset in exploring new tools, formats, and creative approaches, including AI-assisted design tools;


• Reliability and consistency in producing visually polished assets with minimal supervision.

The role is based in our Madeira office including 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home a week.
