In this job you will help customers over the phone, solving technical issues like internet instability, connection, device malfunction, and other similar technical requests made by the clients. Your communication skills will be of great value for this position!

• German native/fluent (level C1 minimum)


• Must have an EU citizenship card or a Portuguese Residence card


• Great communication skills

• Base Salary: €1,305 gross/month.


• Variable Compensation Package: Monthly bonuses up to €500 and attractive quarterly performance bonuses.


• Meal Allowance: €7.91/day.


• Transportation Allowance: €20/month.


• Health Insurance.


• Hybrid model of work: Three days at the office (after the initial 6 months, which are in-person).


• Schedule: 8 rotating hours daily, Monday to Saturday, between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM.


• Days Off: Sunday and one rotating day.


• Location: Lisbon or Porto
