facilities admin/receptionist pt - en (m/f/x).

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism


• Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in Portuguese and English


• Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure facilities are prepared and maintained


• Support day-to-day facility operations, including supply management and service requests


• Liaise with external providers (e.g. cleaning, maintenance) and assist with vendor coordination


• Assist in managing facility-related documentation and reports


• Support basic administrative tasks for internal teams

• Previous experience in reception, administrative, or facility support roles


• Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written)


• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other Office tools


• Strong communication and customer service skills


• Organized, proactive, and able to multitask effectively
