In EMEA ELSE Discovery Trainee Program, you will develop a skills necessary to kickstart a career in Service division in ABB. As a trainee you will be a part of community, and you will participate in activities with other trainees like taking parts in trainings to enhance soft & technical skills, meeting project deadlines, and engaging in diverse social and team-building activities to expand your network within ABB. responsabilidades chave
- Assisting, sales, tendering and project managers in technical reviews and discussions with customers, partners, subcontractors and vendors.
- Delivering projects to a budget on time.
- Assisting with claims, customer specifications and safety standards.
- Creating and delivering the work plan and budget, as well as risk assessments relevant to your engineering discipline.
- Helping customers resolve technical issues both remotely and at customer sites.
- Liaising with factories over delivery, design and technical resolution.
competências
- Recent completed bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, or related field.
- Understanding of project management principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A growth mindset focused on continual learning and improvement.
- Strong organization skills with an ability to plan well and follow through to project completion.
