Technical Support (L1/L2): Provide high-quality remote and on-site technical assistance to global users, ensuring strict adherence to established SLAs.
Endpoint Management: Handle the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of workstations (Windows/macOS), mobile devices, and peripherals.
Deployment & Provisioning: Execute and monitor the deployment (reimaging, provisioning, and application distribution) of new equipment and software via endpoint management tools.
Identity & Access Management (IAM): Manage the user lifecycle (create, modify, and deactivate accounts), permissions, and access groups across Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, and Identity Manager platforms.
Security & Authentication: Support and ensure the correct functioning of multi-factor authentication systems (MFA).
