Our client is a renowned multinational company which is looking for a talented professional that will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring of their paid advertising efforts.
Sales Operations plays a very important role in facilitating Sales growth and effectiveness and will be a key support figure for the local Sales Leadership, working as a business advisor.
EMEA Sales Operations is expected to support the Director, EMEA Sales Operations as well as the Sales Leaders with the local sales strategy, while supporting the entire Field (including supporting functions) with the daily operations related with Sales process, Forecasting and Opportunity management. This role will also be focused on building out PowerBI reporting to help better analyze the business.
Main Responsibilities would include
Measure and monitor the efficiency of the business
Support and track Quarterly Forecast
Monitor Forecasting accuracy
Business results analytics
Support local sales strategy
Support and monitor the Go to Market strategy
Close collaboration with the entire EMEA Field Sales Organization
Support the Geo Operations Leader in business growth initiatives
Analytics to support the decision making process
Identify and track most relevant KPIs
Maintain Pipeline Hygiene
Manage weekly tasks ensuring pipeline hygiene, reaching out to reps and managers on a regular basis
Facilitate requests for regular maintenance of opportunity and accounts
Partner closely with Sales Leadership and other internal teams on all sales operations activities
Partner/Channel recurring tasks:
New Partner Onboarding
Partner Renewals processing
Assist with Deal Registration requests
Buildout PowerBI dashboards focusing on:
Sales Performance
Territory Health
Pipeline Health
Zendesk Ticking Trends
Experience/Skills Required:
BA/BS Degree with 5+ years experience in a Technology company working in Sales Operations, Sales Finance, or Management Consulting.
Ability to synthesize complex data into simple consumable deliverables with clear takeaways
Expert knowledge of Salesforce.com required
Expert knowledge of PowerBI required
Expert Excel and/or Google Suite required
Ability to independently address analytical requests: understand ask, gathering of data, build a model and validate assumptions, perform analyses, summarize and present results
