What You Will Do:

• Provide first-contact support by answering customer inquiries and processing orders related to all aspects of retail banking services.


• Assist customers with phone banking ID, T-PIN setup, and the Postbank mobile app, guiding them through technical and service-related questions.


• Communicate exclusively with German-speaking clients, delivering clear, friendly, and professional support.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written, to effectively assist customers and collaborate with the team.


• Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is preferred but not mandatory — we value your communication skills and eagerness to learn.


• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education degree is considered a plus.
