customer support - french and english (m/f/x).

• assist customers via phone, email, and chat with all their queries related to orders, subscriptions, and invoices;


• deliver high-quality service to ensure a superior customer experience;


• follow up on customer queries until they are fully resolved, and meet commitments within agreed deadlines;


• interact with various departments to ensure smooth processing of customer requests;

• native or advanced French (C2) proficiency;


• intermediate level of English (B2);


• excellent communication skills;


• experience in customer service is a plus;

• base salary of 900€/month;


• performance bonus up to 100€/month


• meal Allowance of 7.23€ per day;


• transport allowance: 20€/month;


• welcome bonus of 3000€ paid in 4 equal parcels


• schedule: Monday to Friday (including bank holidays): 2 shifts
       - 07:00 AM to 04:00 PM (rotational shifts)
       - 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM (rotational shifts)


• days Off: Weekends


• working contract: 6 months
